Embroidery on golf towels, polos and caps
Embroidery is the default decoration for golf gear because it survives washing, cart dust and a season of use. Battle Born Clothing runs it in-house on two commercial single-head machines.

Digitizing is $18.99 one time per design. Every embroidery price covers one design up to 6,000 stitches. Above that, each additional 1,000 stitches adds $1.50 (12-23 pcs), $1.00 (24-71), $0.60 (72-95) or $0.50 (96+) per piece, rounded up to the next 1,000; we tell you the exact count with the proof. Where the logo goes
Towels
Corner opposite the grommet, or lower-center. Bold shapes, minimum 1 inch tall.
Polos and quarter-zips
Left chest, 3 to 4 inches wide. Sleeve and back-yoke adds quoted per job.
Caps and visors
Front panel, 2 to 2.5 inches wide on unstructured crowns, up to about 3 inches on structured. 3D puff quoted per design.
Artwork
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works. We digitize the file for stitches; you approve the proof.
Questions
Do I pay digitizing again on a reorder?
No. The $18.99 fee is one time per design. Reorders use the file we already have.
Can you match my club's PMS colors?
We match thread to the closest Rapos shade and show it on the proof. Thread is not a perfect PMS match but is usually very close.
Is there a minimum?
No hard minimum. Pricing starts at the 12-23 tier.
